People with behavioral, memory and cognitive disabilities and their families increasingly are aware of their civil rights, interested in self-determination and expecting organizations to serve them. Robin Jones, director of the Great Lakes ADA Center, will provide examples of best practices and practical suggestions for how your organization can best serve this demographic.
Come to learn about how you can modify service delivery to facilitate more effective outcomes for your organization and the people you serve.
Who should attend: Front line staff and supervisors.

For any accommodations, please contact Marlee Honcoop, mhoncoop@donorsforum.org or 312-327-8914 by Monday, November 2.
