In 1973, an informal group of grantmakers
called the Chicago Foundation Group met to discuss the
advantages of creating a network of funders. In 2007,
more than 30 years later, Donors Forum is the premier
resource for philanthropy in the region with over 1,400
grantmakers, consultants/advisors and nonprofits.
