Donors Forum program brings together
nonprofit leaders to discuss new report detailing challenges
What:
Seventy-five percent of nonprofit executives plan to
leave their jobs within five years and 9 percent are
already in the process of leaving, according to a recent
national study by CompassPoint Nonprofit Services. Only
half of nonprofit executives said they are developing
a person on their staff to be a future leader. Frustration
with boards of directors and funders, as well as low
compensation, contributes to executive burnout, according
to the study.
